Best Magento Extensions / Mods / Plugins?

Hi all,

I am about to develop a new website using Magento and was wondering what useful and/or essential Magento extensions are out there?

One problem I can already see ahead is duplicate content, but I'm looking for extensions that will enhance my customers experience or improve back-end management.
