Best low budget affiliate tracking?

I run a small local website and would like to offer an affiliate program to other local websites. My traffic is and always will be relatively low compared to a global site but my traffic super highly targeted.

What is the best affiliate tracking script or service that I can use that is low budget? I just want it to track the click-throughs and actions from my affiliates and I will pay them myself monthly/quarterly. This will be a PPS program so I need to track clicks and purchases from those sites.

 

Check out Post Affiliate Pro, its cheap and effective. I run 6 programs on it.

 

shareasale is fairly cheap for a 3rd party network

 

I am also looking for Affiliate Tracking Script (not Affiliate Network) for my websites...

Any recommandations guys?
