    Ummm...Down With the Sickness - Disturbed, lol kidding of course.

    Being serious, I really can't say since I'm not a fan of romantic songs. However, Times Like These from Foo Fighters could be considered a "romantic song" since it can be applied to any special thing, in this case romance.
