Please recommend what you believe are the best looking (as far as design goes) and most user friendly (ease of use, attractiveness, call to action) real estate websites out there. I'm putting one together and would love an inspiration from established and well designed sites
This would be the opposite of what you want to do. This guy is a millionaire, I wonder why he doesnt spend a couple hundred to fix things up! He spends thousands in the local paper .... When I think of real estate - ReMax and Century 21 come to mind

Oh dear lord, LOL Funny how some old school guys don't realize immense potential that internet brings. He could definitely use small bit of his money to make lots if he could get his online presence going a little better.
