I've been to almost every state in the U.S. including Alaska and 3 Canadian provinces including a good deal of driving in both Ontario and Quebec. One of the things that I like to do is try local coffee. My favorite at home in Northern California is Peet's Coffee. I'm a coffee freak. I have a double Bunn coffee maker like you see in restaurants at home and there is pretty much always a pot on. I've got a new website in development that is focused on drinking/beverages. I'd like to get a list going with comments like recommendations or maybe even local tips, traditions or insider information like "joe the bartender will make you this drink, only upon request. it's not on the menu." But anything that you'd like to include I'd be interested in.
