Best link for the site ?

I own Petitions site.

I want to do the link exchange for this site. But I don't have any PR on the directory. So can you suggest me how can I get best one way links from the internet.

I have people who can do this for me. But I don't know how to do ...?

forums is a solution, but also i suppose you should try submit your site in directories, but i am afraid you have to buy some good links! all these will raise your pr, and then you will be able to exchange links in the future.

PS. what i read in this forum is that you should try buy links which will give you also traffic

 

There are lots of people on this forum who will submit your site to hundreds of free directories for a few dollars. That certainly helps boost pagerank.

So forums and directories are only alternative to have the one way links.

And links sharing can only be done once i have good pr on my link directory.

can you please give me idea how much it cost to buy a pr 5 link.
