best link exchange forum

I am looking for the best link exchange forum, i used to use this forum many years ago but now you have to pay to post there which i don't want just to exchange links.

Does anyone know of a very popular link exchange forum for webmasters?

 

Hey mate, try LinkExchangeForum.net it used to be a lot bigger of a link exchange forum, but the database got reset. I'd post your link requests / offers there and it will grow in time!

 

That place looks empty as.. no offence.

Im looking for something on the same size and scale this forums had before it went commercial and made you pay to post there. Is there any forums similar with the same size.

Where are people going to exchange links these days?

 

I've been looking for the same thing really. The best I can find is other webmaster forums..The downside is, I don't log into those as often.

 

If you find anything let me know i would really like to find a place to exchange links with other webmasters.

 

How about Forumpromotion? I haven't tried it yet. But as per reading they do link exchange.
