    I hear that after "Google Panda update" the link building strategy may changed. So can anyone please explain me what should i do for my blog? That means how can i build links that will help me to increase page rank.

    Original content on Web2.0s, link diversity and social signals are working for me after the penguin hit. Instead of trying to fake legitimacy, maybe do it legit?
    While content was king, original content is king now, after the two P's.

    Dont' buy links in footers and sidebars, it looks unnormal for google. Place links to you blog in articles.

    Guest posting on other people's blog is a great way to build backlinks, traffic and returning visitors (and subscribers!). Do not let just any random person do your SEO and if you find a great bargain that is too good to be true, most of the time it is!

    panda is long gone we are also past penguin. all basic things still apply. only thing these algorithm updates do is to cut down spam and abuse. if you are following the guideline and using white hat legitimate link building, you have nothing to worry.
