Where can I find a very good link building service at a cheap rate? Now I have PR 2 and I want PR 4 or even 5, and I must get better SERPS. Please speak only from experience!
Good and cheap don't belong in the same sentence when it comes to link building. Even the consultants will charge you a premium for their services and time.
Dan is correct about things being cheap. I will further add that proper link building and or SEO, does not include any of the following: 1. Link Wheels 2. Angela and Paul's method(may be redundant as it looks like a link wheel) 3. Arbitrary blog commenting 4. Directory submissions 5. Social Bookmarking And, whoever thinks they do is drinking too much of the kool-aid. hope that sheds some light on things. Nigel
Angela and Paul's "method" appears to be a variation of the link wheel that uses forum profiles, signature links and blog commenting in order to "build trust and rank". At least they got the rank part right -- it stinks to high heaven of moldy SPAM that's been left out in the Arizona desert for a week!
Other than the arbitrary "Write good content", what does good link building include? I am new to this and I can't think of a single other strategy.
Sorry for being lazy. I am running on virtually no sleep and will have to for a few more days at least. Check the link building article in Dan's signature. That is a great place to start and full of useful info. You will note that the methodology involved is completely contrary to what is going on in the services section for example. I touched on this briefly a few hours ago. I will track down the thread for you and edit my post with a link to it. I need to rifle through my thread subscriptions to find it. Nigel EDIT: See, I cant even keep up with the thread [insert sleepy gif here]
Yes, you want your inbound links to be relevant to the task at hand. Which should be what you are trying to convey, sell etc. If you are selling footballs there is not point in having a link on a site that sells frying pans Nigel
