Best Link Building Ideas

I am currently starting to promote my companies website:- www.aztec-online.com

I was wondering where I should focus my efforts the most, I have done directories to death and they have never seemed to help my SERP at all. When i do a "link:www.aztec-online.com" search, it will come up with nothing, even though I have hundreds of DO follow links.

Where should I aim to position my backlinks?

At the moment I believe the website is sandboxed for it's main keywords, so in the mean time I want to build a strong backlink base.

If you want to grab top spot at Google, I suggest profile link building method. You can get backlinks through the profiles of high PR sites - PR4+.

And article submission for Yahoo. You need to submit hundreds of articles to hundreds of article directories in order to generate hundreds/ thousands of backlinks.

 

You need to build a varied link portfolio that includes all the usual suspects in your list.

 

I personally don`t think any of the methods posted by you could actually help a lot
Best thing to do: get some very good one way links.....or link exchange if you can`t afford to buy some links

There is no best in my opinion but you have to mix them all to archive best results. There is some best actually but hardest to get it - Being referred from authority website, especially University and Governments or big news company. If your website has been mentioned in Whitehouse.giv, CNN.com, Harvard.edu then it could help boost up your domain trust a huge!

 

I'm a great believer in .edu links. I am also a great believer in NOT using link exchanges. They take too long aand the results are negligable.

Where can I get PR4+ website for backlinks....

 

PR4 and + backlinks are out there you just have to look ....hard.I bought 5 pr5 links form ebay and wont be buying anymore,they were fine but they also helped me understand what type of link has quality so now I find my own.
Its important that where you leave your sig the page that has a good pr.Plenty of good information and helpful members on this site,I built my 1st site a few months ago and there has been so much advice given and tips that I have had better than expected results for a first timer.

my best link strategy is only that to take link from high PR sites whether they are directory , articles,blogs, bookmarking, or link exchange

 

I think you need to do all those techniques that would help you to gain more traffic.

You just have to divide your time for you to do all of those.

 

Keep Doing Forum posting, Blog Posting, Social Bookmarking and as Sxperm said try to get backlinks from authority websites.

 

the only thing not on your list is articles and web 2.0 properties. These are a good way to create content and build authority. Squidoo lenses and Hub Pages are relative easy to get to high positions on google. This will route traffic and link juice to your site. I use a combination of all of these plus an automated backlink building site. It uses spun articles to post links to different accounts using different IP addresses so it looks natural. I've gotten good results from it so far.

 

How we get mentioned in these sites as these sites never do link exchange or other SEO stuffs?

 

Blog commenting in related and high PR sites will help you increase your backlinks as well as pagerank in the next update. Make sure also that you write quality posts. Backlinks may not do you much good if your posts are mostly spam.

 

I suggest Variety is most important in link building.
