Just want to share some of the best lessons I learned as an Internet Marketer. Hope this will serve as an inspiration to my co-IMers and for those who want to pursue Internet Marekting. Best lessons I learned can sum up to five: DISCIPLINE - Choosing between what you want now and what you want most. I chose what I want most - Earning a living for my family. FOCUS - Setting up time on when and how to do things right. All at the right time. PATIENCE - I failed so many times. But patience really pays off. Pays off really really well. COURAGE - Do not be afraid of trying new things. Expand, grow and learn. PERSISTENCE - Be persistent, be of good heart. Do not let your disappointments pull you back. Just keep on moving forward. CREATIVITY - Always think of new ways to serve your customers. Be creative, be innovative. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP - Learn to build their trust VIRTUALLY. It is hard to earn someone's trust online, but when you get one hold onto it. You are not just getting "customers", you are meeting new friends. How about yours?
I agree, though you mentioned probably all possible attributes a successful person should have, hard to come up with something new Congratulations, if you know these secrets, it means you are already successful
Thanks for sharing Aaron. I think we should start the day by reminding ourselves that the effort we put in = the money we get
I like your list but I think you missed the most important part which is to have a plan with an end goal. I would put that under Organization, without those 2 you could be the most focused, well disciplined, patient and persistent person but would stray from your target as you wouldn't know where you were heading Thanks again for sharing Regards Konrad
Good points you have mentioned AaronHarris, I think creativity is what differentiates a true marketer than the average Joe. You have to think outside the box in order to create something consumers haven't seen before. If you're able to, you can make a lot of money. A goal without a plan is just a dream.
@AaronHarris I thought about your list a bit more and have come to the conclusion that even if you follow it you will find that you really need to have a belief. If you do not believe in yourself or the possibility of achieving your goal then you will always make excuses which will prevent you from getting to your final destination. Regards Konrad
Being cool is the greatest skill all marketers must learn and honesty is biggest asset for repeated customers.
