Do you have any experience with companies who offer movie downloads (legally)? Are the payouts any good? Who has the highest (on-time) payout? I am researching at the moment, and came across ZML.com and Ireel.com, anyone can vouch for these two? Any other sites out there?

ZML is probably the most popular one out there right now, the only problem being that you have to be referred to get in (they require an invitation code). If anyone wants one PM me as I have a few to give out.
CPAlead.com has the biggest thread on DP and they do exactly what you are looking for. Biggest and best reputation on Digital Point by far. Much better monetization than either of the services you mentioned.
Who really offers movies downloads "legally", unless its Blockbuster or Netflix or something similar to those? Those companies have the licenses to offer the movies, whereas everyone else is just offering p2p or selling some kind of program to get the movies from somewhere. When the download affiliate programs got booted from Clickbank, many of the best ones went to yourclick.com, but I personally do better with Yottacash. Depends on how you present the ads, really. I like that Yottacash has a back end that can be integrated with my site.
