    I wann play around with adsense a bit.

    Can you tell me the best legit automatic site builder for adsense? And whats the price?
    I think that is the easiest way to set up a Adsense site fast. Or any other solutions?

    you can't setup adsense unless you have content for it determine the ads to show, plus it has to be unique good content to get approved
