Best learning resources for e-commerce analytics

    Hello everyone,

    I want to start learning all about analytics and how e-commerce sites optimize their content and strategies to maximize their profits, visitors etc. Can anyone suggest a good place to learn web analytics from scratch? I need to know these basics before applying for a job/role at an e-commerce firm...

    Any help will be appreciated, can P.M me if you have documents, PDF's on the topic... :)
