Best Landing page Templates HELP

    am planning to do some Landing page templates, but am not sure wat niches to work on and build templates to sale..

    any suggestions abt wat kind of niches to work on or to keep it generic, so tat it can be used on any niches...

    please let me know wat's your thought on this....
