What you need is a solid keyword research process. You can either do that yourself or hire someone. For beginners, it's fairly complicated. If you need help, please let me know and I'd be glad to support you via PM.

JMO but the keywords should have come first.

Since you already have it up go to Google do a search for your keyword or keywords related to your website or whatever your website is about. Using the listings that comes up in the SERPs copy and paste the URLs into Google keyword tool (URL field, not the keywords), and sort by global or local searches, and use the CPC to see if it's profitable. View the potential keywords in MarketSamurai (SEO competition module) or TrafficTravis to see the competition.

Use googles keyword tool and do searches for related keyphrases in google search. Think about what it is that you would be looking for in this niche and optimize you content around this. Keyphrases alone will not get you ranked without relevant backlinks either. Your content must be optimized, relevant, original and linked to in order to gain maximum SERPS, also your niche is very competitive and there are webmasters in this niche with really good webaster/seo skills. Good luck

It is never too late to add keywords to your site but it would have been much better if you had the list of your keywords before you put up your site. Get hold of a keyword research tool (Use Google's) and then enter the keywords which you think users were to enter if they wanted to visit your site. Use the keywords that best describe your site and make sure those keywords are also used on your site as well. Then select those keywords that have a low competition but high searches.

I'm not a professional but I found a few keywords with no much competition:

play games online with friends - 12,000 Global Monthly Searches
    free games online
    play a game online
    play computer games online
