I can not say this enough times. If your trying to rank for a particular search engine, use their free keyword tools. No one else can even come close to giving you the keywords you need to rank for other then the source. If your trying to rank for Google use Googles' free keyword tool. Now, do not get this confused with the overall possibilities of combining keyword phrases which is not offered very well through the free tools mentioned. That is where you might need to have some assistance in combining and creating phrases which are being searched. I recently started using IBP as a new testing source and have had some of the best keyword phrases I have ever found. Also, you will need to be careful with most of these new and improved tools including Google. I think most of the suggestions are made through Adwords use and competition. So if you not promoting adwords be sure not to consider factors involved using adwords. Hope this helps.
I agree with Blasingame, the keyword tool is excellent but you do need to spend time researching it. There is no one special keyword that will be the end-all.
