Go for the keywords that have more search count and less allintitle.

Keyword elite is my favorite....

 

Keyword Elite (all time favorite) and also Micro Niche Finder. You can read my review...it's good, especially for digging down to the long-tail and finding new and profitable ones!

 

I think you will have to try and/or use multiple keyword tools. You could try my keyword analyzer tool. It can check keyword density (and apply different weights to tags, e.g. title and headers), position check, compare top ranking sites (backlinks, keyword density for query etc.), suggest new keyword from various engines, combine multiple keyword lists, cover misspellings and some other stuff.

I am with you on Microniche Finder. I also own Keyword Elite and a couple of others and I have found Microniche Finder to do the best job.
