What is the best tool or utility that will tell you the how many times a keyword phrase was typed into a search engine versus how much relevent content a search engine has??? I am looking for less competetive keywords to go after..how do i find out how competitive they are ???

thanks for the response ...let me be more percise.... I am looking for a way to measure how many pages does a particular SE have for a keyword. I am looking for some type of formula to see how much it will take to beat a site that has say i.e. mercedez car dealerships in new york. I want to see how much gas i have to burn to claim that top spot..and how i can do it...competting with the guy directly in top place for that keyword phrase... you know what i mean?? thanks again. mjh
