    Market Samurai is the best keyword tracker, it gives information about the number of searches state-wise.

    I like sescout for a ton of sites (not the most accurate)

    micrositemaster.com is also really good (only checked keywords in top 100)

    both of those are online based. If you want something that is offline (runs on your PC) you can check cuterank.net (free)
