    As I deal with various clients, I use this paid tool called WebCeo (webceo.com). It is an excellent tool that allows you to create multiple project files for different domain names and enter all the keywords. Then it lets you track and monitor them over a period of time. You guys can download the free trial from the website and check it out.

    Paid but useful, seomoz.com also ezwebsitemonitoring.com they are new and are in beta but you can apply. Their beta accounts can track up to 100 keywords right now, really nice interface.
