Google adwords keyword tool is free, but there are also other good keyword tools such as wordtracker and and SEOmoz keyword difficulty for you to know the competition in the keyword you were using.

 

If you are searching for competition for particular keyword you can go for nichewatch.com. It not only tell you the addresses of the site on witch this keyword is used but also the number of back links page rank due to that keyword the number of time the keyword is used on that particular website and many more but the problem is it is unable to give much information for Google but for yahoo its good. Do you know any tool for finding competition if yes please tell me.

I switch to wordtracker.com, Google adwords tool is inaccurate on some keywords. This is my opinion and experience.

I have heard a lot about Wordtracker, Google Free Keyword tool, Yahoo suggest, Google suggest, but noting about SEO RankTracker.

I really like this tool cuz for $99 I can use all of these tools with SEO Rank Tracker since Rank Tracker takes information from all of these sources and aggregates the information in one place so you get more great keyword suggestions than any one keyword tool by itself and of course it gives you the KEI and can also check out back link quality etc.

Market Samurai is the best keyword tool i have ever used. SEMrush is also useful....

 

I use Google Adword tool for suggestion , but its results are now doubtful. So also heck keywords from wordtracker.
