    I think yes having access to more data is the key factor, but other then that google is the most reliable & flexible search engine where one can get the best results. It gives a wide range of results.

    For me the strength of competition is crucial for keywords. Market Samurai gives you detailed information on your competition. If the strength of the competition is high and powerful, it's best not to pursue it. Where there's low to medium competition, I tend to go for that keyword. Then you can check if the domain is available on dot com, dot net, dot org within Market Samurai
