Hi Wilsonljx, Google External Keywords Tool is good but not a perfect tool for SEO keyword research. It gives only estimated search result which can be include all searches(which are searched by genuine Google user, It might be SEO industry searches). However, we can use it only for get idea. Your brain and google adwords tool are the best tool you can find. When i find one I use traffic travis and market samurai to check if it's worth.
I think it"s "keyword squire". it's the only tool that perform keyword research on so may search engines ( 6 or 7 ) with competition analyses search volume , cpc,..
I agree that Google External Keyword Tool is the best free keyword tool. For those who have a budget I suggest Wordtracker, Wordze and Trellian Keyword Discovery. Especially if you run PPC campaigns. They deliver fairly high level details about a niche or topic. However, they come at a cost.
