    Unfortunately the best tool you can have is experience, and that takes time.
    As far a real life programs, I agree that google's keyword tool is the best for finding suggestions, I've tried wordtracker and frankly, it sucks.

    I have just started using the google keyword tool? Are their estimates close? Is their a tool out there that I can type in and see how many people are typing variious keywords in a city?
