best keyword for adsesne based website

    Could you tell what will be the best keyword for adsense based site. I have tried google suggest but i don't trust that calculation. I am thinking of using paid advertising for my site so that i my site can gain popularity. any help will be great.

    the adsense market is over saturated and thinl about it Google controls that any way who is to argue that your testing the high seas in a rockin chair:eek: I suggest using as a 2nd option dont put all your time into it you will lose good placement online I mean you could be selling products or somthing???:eek:
