best IRC client

    hi which is the best IRC client for vista, mac & XP plz highlight seperately for each OS. also is ther any difference b/w browser integrated IRC & exclusive IRC clients.

    used mIRC a decade ago & currently using opera. any input is appreciated

    mIRC is good... but stop using since irc die down a few years back...
