Best Indian debit cards for international ONLINE transactions?

Please recommend any confirmed ones that work online. Debit cards only. Specifically on paypal, adwords, facebook ads etc.

And what about the fees? Which ones have the lowest fees? (For USD/currency charges as well as online transaction fees)

 

i suggest to use HDFC debit card.
they also provide "Netsafe" service. which is a Vertual Credit Card or prepaid credit card for one time use.
you can create as many as you want to use from your savings bank netbankig ac.

for withdrawal you need real credit card ...

netsafe is disposable & virtual credit card so can't be used for withdrawals

 

For adwords you can even use net-banking of HDFC or some other banks and International debit card of HDFC can be used at most of the places.

If you successfully add it to Paypal (confirmation process) it will work for withdrawal....

Now I don't know which debit cards support paypal

 

Still PNB MASTER DEBIT CARD (NOT MAESTRO) IS WORKING ON PAYPAL AND OTHER WEBSITES ON NET WITHOUT "MASTER CARD SECURE CODE" ....(CARD NO. STARTING WITH 512652.............)

HDFC Bank is the best solution for it. I have a very good experience with them.

 

Is the BIN (first 4-6 digits) of netsafe cards the same as the primary physical debit card? Because facebook has blocked netsafe cards.
