some people suggest me the wordpress.org

Nice site. I am a Drupal fan. Are you using the FiveStar rating module with the Voting API module?

I think you can go into your code and change where it says "Comment" to say "Review" so it's more appropriate , just a suggestion

Not my site, but look at http://www.adoptionagencyratings.com/ and http://www.beerreviewjournal.com/

Both use the five star rating module and the voting api module.

Drupal has other ratings and reviews modules that you can use also if you don't want to use five star.
