Best hosting services?

    I have gone through quite a few hosts so far, hostgator, virpus, cirtexhosting, and a few others.
    I've noticed that with all of these they all have decent offers, but overall they are just lacking somewhere (most in the support)

    A few weeks ago I found a site called technihost.com and decided I'd check them out.
    The first night I actually purchased my domain I spoke with the owner Eddie, who is honestly the most respectable person I have met in the hosting business. His service alone is incomparable to any other hosting company I have come across. Without even knowing me, he had already offered me free hosting for a month, free site transfer, and large amounts of knowledge.
    One of the first issues that eddie helped me with was a corrupted backup file..I had literally lost ALL my files, but thanks to Eddie I have my files again and my site is back up. He jumps through hoops for his customers as does his entire team of live support which truly is available 24/7 either online or via their phone.
    It is small things like that which put technihost.com so far ahead of the competition. I can't say enough about them. Compared to my past history especially with Virpus, technihost will always be my number 1 choice for hosting. They have anything you need and are willing to do custom orders as well. They understand that it is quality over quantity. And don't just see customers as more money but as actual people that need help. They are willing to build relationships with you in order to make the client happy which is truly amazing.

    I appreciate your comments on Techni Host! We care about our customers, and believe that support is the number 1 reason that people either stick with a web host or leave a web host! We know that true quality comes from not just providing but staying true to what you offer your clients. A customers website never closes so why should there web hosting company.     I understand that "you" may not care, but may i ask you not to be so rude? Im sure there are people who "don't care" about some of the stuff you don't say. Do they go into your threads stating just the fact that they "don't care"? I apologize if i am out of order by replying to what you have just stated, but i find it very rude to just post something of that kind of conduct and then leaving. Again i apologize if i am out of line by replying to this post and singling you out.

    I just went to the site the there is no such thing as 24/7 livechat

    I suppose that there is no best host ever.. there is only the best one for specific needs and budget.

    Our support does not just stop at live support, we have phone support and ticket support as well. I suggest you try calling us on the phone or submitting a ticket. I do not see where this is misleading at all?

    Unfortunately i couldn't find you in the best top 10 web hosting companies. However its good to know about your customer support . Can you please let me know how many clients do you have?

    Don't sacrifice security and quality. It is not ideal to jump into affordable web hosts in which in the long run can lead to many problems such as web site accessibility and, worst, shutting down of web site.

    It isn't about money. I would honestly pay $50/mo for shared hosting just for how good the support is. I have not seen a hosting site that has been as helpful as technihost is.

    Also amjad2010, their company is fairly new.
