I know of Greenlush.com i work for them they are not from India although they do have Indian support and they take pay pal. If you email them in Indian language they reply back in Indian language because they have Indian support in Bangalore also many other countries. They are based in US and UK but i work for the Moldovan support team. I reccomend them highly, they do take paypent monthly go to the site and use the contact form or you can email

As dnk said hosting in india is very expesive there are various other online web hoster [US or UK based] that give better hosting for 1/4 the price of the stuff in india and for better quality too. I would suggest u try somethin from outside. I think rediff offers a hosting or somethin service too though not sure but can be sure that it will be expensive .
