Best hosting for a Free Hosting site?

    What is the best hosting company (in terms of price, reliability, support etc) for a Free webhosting site? Also preferably accept payment by Paypal also.

    servage is good...but no cpanel....
    dreamhost is kinda slow...hostmonster is good...fast...but i donno bout the support

    But wouldn't these major webhosts be expensive to us for a free hosting site especially when free hosting site really grows:D?


    Frankly, Not sure really if server location makes difference for a free hosting site.
    Would a UK hosting provider have more traffic from UK and a US hosting provider morer traffic from US? :)
