    I think Hostgator is the best. But as far as customer support they get 1 out of 10.

    Hosting is a matter of personal preference more than being the best one out there. I love bluehost, excellent uptime and even better customer service.

    I'm also with Hostgator but lately, for the past week, my server has been running very slow. It even went down 2 or 3 times. I'm hoping they will fix it.

    Otherwise, I would recommend them! They have live customer support chat which is very useful.
