It's a matter of personal choice I think. Do a search for hosting services. Study the top 10 or 20 search results to find a service that you feel will suit your needs. Try that service out. If you decide later it's not right for you go check out your second choice. It's easy enough to make a switch. I personally use Namecheap & Lifetime Hosting at the moment. But I went through a lot of others before I settled on those two.
