Best host for Proxy sites?

    I have a proxy network, and so far, I have been hosting with www.iwhic.com, but i dont want that now.

    And www.Extremohost.com doesnt have a lot of bandwidth.

    Any suggestions for PROXY hosting? (must allow paypal payments)

    I just use my normal hosting a asmallorange for my proxy, along with my other sites.
