Most host provide Joomla, so just choose a host who u are confident to get good support, and if need easy joomla install than choose who has fantastico

Most host provide it, so its not something which will create problem or have high load

Most of shared hosting could capable on Joomla. However, if you need a safest and stable I would recommend Hostgator or local hosting providers from here. Joomla is not that resource hog but they are vulnerable and easily to be hacked, which is caused that high load.

If you have a limited budget then Bluehost is also a good choice.

I believe that any hosting provider can be suitable for running Joomla web sites. Most of them support Joomla.
Try narrowing your list of options by looking at the cheapest web host package that can meet your needs at the same time.

Joomla itself is a bit resource hog. If your website has a little number of visitors then most of hosting companies can capable on it. If you have a large numbers like 2,000+ daily then you may consider use hosting company that not oversold. Inmotion is a good choice or Hostgator is also a great (with higher budget needed to spend).
