    I agree with The Descent and The Darkness for scariness... also see The Strangers
    Let the Right One In is a really good vampire movie.
    I still thing Saw and The Ring are good movies.
    For not-so-scary but very fun horror movies check out Cabin in the Woods and Tucker and Dale vs. Evil
    Also I thought that Scream 4 was right up there with the rest of the Scream franchise.
