Best graphic-artist forums?

    I just upgraded my computer to dual 50" TV's and dual 30" monitors and am looking to either hire an artist or start a contest on a huge graphics forum for a custom quad-screen wallpaper.

    Does anyone know of a forum that would have a lot of very tallented artists?
