I'm selling my gpt site: http://bestgptsite.com/ which comes with the search engine optimized blog: http://bestgptsite.com/blog/

Why am I selling? I've spent a lot of time promoting it, and I just want to move on to other things. I'll be returning to college this summer, and won't have the time to continue running this.

The site has 150 active users. The sale comes with the SQL database of those users names, emails, and ip addresses. This presents a great opportunity to have your own targeted mailing list. Secondary offers can easily be mailed to these people for more affiliate profit.

There really hasn't been any advertising for the site other than a few forum posts. I have done some SEO, and am currently awaiting back link indexing from about 500 more high pr links. There are more page rank 4-7 back links that should be indexing over the next week or two.

There are several other ways to monetize the site that aren't being fully used at the moment. You could easily sell banner and text links on the site or blog. 4 links have been sold located on the links page of the blog: http://bestgptsite.com/blog/links for $5 each. cpaLead affiliate referrals, guest blog posts, and email advertising can also be sold.

Please run a backlink check on the site for yourself and see the high pr back links already indexed. Traffic is currently mostly organic google for terms like: "best gpt site", "best gpt site with tasks", and "gpt sites that pay instantly".

The current script can easily be modified for the new owner with one simple line of code switched. I will host the site indefinitely for free or assist the new owner with the site's transfer. I will be available for consulting and training the new owner in the methods to maximize the site's profitability.

This is the aggregate cpaLead income from the site. The site was registered Nov. 30, 2010. So in 4 1/2 months we did about $400 of revenue.
