    Do you know, when I read the title of the post, I immediately thought to myself "that has to be roberto Carlos", and there was the video! He never repeated that goal, but took free kicks for Real and Brazil for years on the back of it!

    I knew immediately which goal you meant, but I think there are better goals by now. Stankovic v Schalke, Carlos took once a volley with the outside of his foot almost by the corner flag and that went in. There are lots of awesome goals!!

    I'm sure that Maradona's goal at the World cup of 82' is the best from the best. It was amazing and such goals are rare today.
