Best Glype/PHP Proxy Layout for Adsense Return

Hello all,

We had a couple of inquiries from a few customers and I had really did not know how to answer as we only have a few proxys of our own.

Do you mind sharing the best layout/design and the return you had using Adsense or whatever networks you choose?

AFAIK You cant use adsense on proxified pages.So You can only place adsense ads on the home page. Glype Will be the best choice
