    Actually, the biggest gaming niche right now is probably the MOBA scene with League of Legends and DOTA 2 for PC, and most likely Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Mortal Kombat X for consoles. CS:GO might be another one for the PC. You can't go wrong with talking about Starcraft 2, either.

    If you take a more 'journalistic' approach with content, you'll probably be fine.
