Copying and pasting files in SmartFTP is a scary thing. Maybe I'm just dumb, or its a bug...not sure...but sometimes not all the files end up where they're supposed to be. Either way, I've been looking for a different FTP client, but now I think I'll try Filezilla. Thanks.
I've been using WSFTP all the way back from 1995 up until now. The software is good and stable. Easy to manage and low cost. I've try WSFTP-Le version and WSFTP Pro version...
Total Commander, WS FTp And Cute FTP are great programs. Never tried Filezilla (though I've it downloaded but never used it). Worth a try??
All FTP clients have worked to different degrees of success with each different host I used them for. I voted for SmartFTP simply because it's free, comes in x64, and has caused the least problems for me.
I use FlashFXP. Ive used it for a few years.... apearantly its not the best. what is so great about filezilla?
Leech FTP (not on the list) is a tried and test FTP program free to use and you can store folders to manage multiple accounts and back up FTP details in another file: download.com/3000-2356-10122208.html It’s interface is acceptable and far from ground breaking but I like.
I tried so much free FTP software clients but CoreFTP was the best one and I still use it. Recommend to everyone. - SeoHawk
