    Most hosts can install wordpress fine if you ask me..

    There is not just "one" that will be the best although that is what hosts may claim.

    http://www.hostwoot.com provides wordpress hosting. It also has a script installer if that is any good to you.

    Free hosting is not very reliable but if you can't afford a couple of dollars of month when you are starting out check out x10Hosting.com and more free hosts www.thefreehosts.com

    freehostia.com - for small sites. It is really reliable and great but with small bandwidth.
    myfirehost.com - for a few posts you can get a very good host with supportive community, and a good server. Really good for medium sites.
    For big sites: vps or dedi, but that is not free :)

    i tested with byethost.com. Good for WP but you must FTP if want to install plugin
