For traffic metrics, either use Google Analytics or AWStats. All the other tools you're asking for are kinda wish-washy. Nothing really dependable for those.

How would you have a tool for estimating a sites value? Google Analytics gives you lots to look at. I find the keyword tool useful too. Both for analysing which keywords I should be targeting and also for working out the amount of competition in my niche.
