    use Google sites if you don't mind not being able to use CSS or JavaScript. Google's blogger is way more reliable in that way. Its almost surprising google lets you use such things on blogger but not on "google sites". maybe there's an SEO benefit for google sites since its at google but nothing more than that...

    Anyways, 000 web host is good among the free ones. Free web hosts are good for people totally new to it, in my opinion but they should upgrade. this compares free web hosts
