    NVU is okay, and free, maybe try Google Page Creator, although it may be too simple. Don't really know of many others.

    GIMP for producing the graphics

    As we develop in .Net we would say Visual Web Developer Express for the HTML/ .Net - and amazingly it is a free microsoft product

    thanx everybody! guess I am gonna have to dish out a little dough:) for something good..I have used dreamweaver before and love it. But it was on an older pc and i lost the disk plus it was pirated. blah blah lol;)
