Best Free Picture Rating Script?

    What is the best FREE picture rating script?
    I am looking for one that has features including members being able to register to upload their pictures and have them rated, and the ability to have comments on the pictures. I guess this I am looking for a simple free picture rating script, eh? :D

    Did you check photoratingscript.com ?
    They have a demo running, but I'm not sure if it'll tick all your boxes.
