I recently tried Platform 5 by pagelines. Seems most modules are paid in it. Can anyone recommend a featureful Page Builder which is free as well ?
Yeah. Sublime Text, Notepad++, or any other text editor. They're usually free, and you can build whatever you want with them. As long as you know HTML and CSS (and perhaps some javascript and PHP/MySQL) - which is really the bare minimum for creating webpages to begin with.
