I echo superrocket's question – how is BBPress out-of-the-box for SEO?

I have used SMF before and that was pretty easy to set up and manage although I don't know how it was for Seo.

But this time round decided to try BBPress as it's more WordPress friendly and I can easily put the top posts in the sidebar etc. And I believe it's more Seo friendly.

But reading this thread I'm wondering if maybe I should go back to using SMF.

    Any thoughts, anyone?

I would say go for the one that has user friendly UI and you are comfortable with.

SEO isn't much an issue as majority of the forums have mods for them.
